• Instagram handle (optional)

• Tax identification number (DNI / NIE / CIF)
• Sign text and size preference
• Uploaded logo or brand image (if provided)

Why We Collect It

Your personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

• Service delivery: To process your design request, prepare a custom neon sign mockup, and manage your order from start to delivery.
• Invoicing and billing: To issue legally compliant invoices as required under Spanish fiscal law. Your tax ID and billing address are mandatory for this purpose.
• Commercial communications: To send you information related to your request and, where you have given consent, updates about our services.

Legal Basis for Processing

• Contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): Processing your name, email, and order details is necessary to fulfil your design and production request.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR): Your tax ID and billing address are collected to comply with Spanish invoicing obligations (Real Decreto 1619/2012).
• Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): For any processing beyond the above — including marketing communications — we rely on your freely given, specific consent obtained via the form checkbox.

How Long We Keep Your Data

• Client and billing records: 5 years after the last transaction (Spanish commercial law), or up to 10 years where required by tax law.
• Marketing and communication data: Until you withdraw consent or request erasure.
• Unsubscribed contacts: Retained on a suppression list solely to honour your opt-out request and avoid future contact.

Sharing Your Data

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared only with the following processors:

• Revolut Ltd: For processing all payments, including design deposits and full order payments. Revolut acts as an independent data controller for payment processing. See Revolut's Privacy Policy.
• Google LLC (reCAPTCHA): For spam and bot protection on the contact form. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Billing and accounting software: Your billing details may be shared with our invoicing system solely to generate compliant invoices.

International Transfers

Some third-party processors listed above (Google, Revolut) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions as required under GDPR Chapter V.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission is entirely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
